Dr. Tara C. Zak, owner and veterinarian, provides outstanding veterinarian services to your loved ones, with state of the art equipment, a highly qualified, motivated, and compassionate staff, and great amenities.

Dr Tara C. Zak attended UGA from 1988-1995 where she obtained degrees in biology and doctor of veterinary medicine. She has worked and resided in Gwinnett County for 15 years! She is experienced in small animals and exotics and has a special love for complicated internal medicine cases!

Hamilton Plaza Animal Hospital offers a welcoming atmosphere for both you and your pets with a unique jungle animal theme design, two LCD TVs in the lobby and the newest client DVDs for education and entertainment. Kids are also at home in our playroom complete with toys and a computer.

Our Animal Hospital offers the best in wellness and preventative medicine. The office is fully-equipped with in - house laboratory capabilities and a state-of- the-art Fuji digital X-Ray machine! The surgery suite has a heated surgery table and excellent anesthetic monitor. Be assured that your pets will be comforted in the recovery rocking chair as they come out of anesthesia!
