A spacious, 2000 square foot, supervised childcare is offered for the convenience of our members.

Many toys and art activities are available for children and each center is equipped with Nintendo GameCube and Microsoft X-Box for added entertainment.
BodyPlex is proud to offer the most exciting, results-oriented classes in the country from bodytrainingsystems including BodyPump, BodyFlow, BodyStep, BodyCombat and RPM!  Each program is designed to generate a challenging but addictive workout and combination of several can add great variety to anyone's fitness routine.
