Dear Gwinnett Area Residents:

I am certain that you have received a lot of letters and notices from tax practitioners telling all about how wonderful they are!  Some of them even have some handsome guy's picture on them.  I know that guy and he may have looked that good twenty years ago, but not anymore!

If you like boring reading, PLEASE  read all those other letters!  I used to send out those letters--my mother loved my picture on the letter, but she was the only one!
